If you read the posting, you will see that I LIKE your station, but was simply warning my readers that your stations images might not be safe for work.

I didn't call you satanists, I merely warned my readers that your website might not be safe for viewing at work because your website had what I perceived to be a satanic/fetish slant to it's image.
I have removed the word "satanic" but I will not remove the word "fetish"... because a woman dressed in only a few leather straps and some metal spikey things with her hand shoved between her legs IS considered fetish themed and is NOT appropriate for the work environment.
Your station plays wonderful music, I wanted to tell the world about it. But I felt the need to warn people that they could be viewing some very mature images if they go to the site.
And if you please read again... I was making a comment about the WORLDS perception about what it means to be goth not you personally.

This is ridiculous.
Free speech is protected in most Western democracies, certainly for critical purposes. In stating "satanic and fetishistic, not safe for work" Miss Anansi was expressing an opinion about the artistic value (to her) of the images used to promote your radio station. In fact, she's demonstrated that she considers the music to play to be of value, and was commenting on a general artistic trend. You may wave a lawyer all you like, if he's worth his degree in jurisprudence he'll laugh in your face.
Perhaps you are writing from another country where different rules apply, but I rather doubt you will make headway here.

I for one would have checked out the site, but after reading the ensuing douchebaggery I decided against it. Seems like this Vampiria person is WAY to into being cool. Nothing I read in the review oriented post sounded even critical. I would also point out that in the concerned community, being satanistic is hardly a negative??

You also just lost thousands of listeners. Yes...thousands. Is your Radio Station a business? You are hurting your own business by attacking a fan. A fan who liked your station and who told thousands (yes, thousands) of people about it.
Your business will fail if you run it like this.
I recommend you hire someone to teach you business and public relations and English.

At any rate, I suspect this station isn't going to last too long if all you can do is sue blogs on the other side of the planet. International lawsuits are expensive, and Serra can really just ignore you and laugh. I'll hand this crazy stuff over to my pals in the internet censorship movement in Germany though, they ought to get a good laugh out of it.

heh, having had a looksee, seems like this station only wants registered people to have access to the stream.
well, fine. A less drama inducing note could have been written.
as I live in Germany, I wont be listening anyway, wir sind verboten :) (and I am not German nationality, thank you.) And even if I weren't in Germany, I will never listen to this station, ever. Because I just despise people who act this way, like big bullies, throwing lawyer threats on the net. It's nausea inducing bad behaviour and there is no reason for it at all.
And yeah, Miss Vampiria needs some English lessons, badly. She doesn't seem to understand really anything that's said here - which is making her look pretty comical.
If you can't understand the nuances of English, I recommend you get someone to read this post who does.
I wouldn't worry about a lawsuit... as I said before, suing someone in the USA from Europe is pretty expensive - just remove the stream URL and count this as a day someone forgot their medication for whatever mental illness is bothering them.
So yeah, go listen to Digitally Imported or tune into Creative Commons if you hate these sorts of lawyer happy people. I know I sure do.
